The challenge was to move away from the conventional perception of retirement living. Rather than focusing on age, we positioned OneLife around freedom, rediscovery and the joy of living twice. The communication celebrated active living, meaningful connections and the idea that a fun and carefree life happens here.

Novascape was built around a simple idea: apartments should feel more like independent homes. With no shared walls, three-sided ventilation, abundant natural light and enhanced privacy, it offered a truly differentiated living experience.
