We are not liable for:

The client must abide by the policies of any third-party platforms used.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Rush Republic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or Services.
  
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for Services in the preceding 30 days.
  

We cannot guarantee:

• Specific marketing results (e.g., sales, rankings, revenue).
  
• Platform-dependent outcomes (e.g., Instagram reach, Google ranking).

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
